By participating in the Atomic Lab, you agree to the following terms regarding the confidentiality of the playtest build and its content.

1. Purpose

The Atomic Picnic playtest build may contain unreleased content, features, assets, and other materials that are not yet available to the public. This agreement helps protect that material during development.

2. Confidentiality

Unless you receive prior written permission from BitCake Studio, you agree not to capture, publish, distribute, or share any content from the Atomic Picnic playtest build.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Screenshots and screen captures.

• Video recordings, gameplay clips, and GIFs.

• Livestreams or broadcasts of gameplay.

• Audio recordings captured from the game.

• Photographs or recordings of the game displayed on a screen.

• Any of the above shared through social media, Discord, forums, private messages, or other platforms.

This restriction applies to both public and private sharing.

3. Access and Distribution

Your access to the playtest build is intended for your personal use. You agree not to share the build files, download links, access credentials, or other restricted materials with unauthorized individuals.

4. Feedback and Communication

You are welcome to share feedback, report bugs, and suggest improvements through the channels provided by BitCake Studio.

Please do not include screenshots, videos, or other captured content from the playtest build in your feedback unless you have received prior written permission.

If you would like to share content from the game, contact BitCake Studio for approval first.

5. Duration

These confidentiality obligations remain in effect during your participation in the Atomic Lab and after your access ends, until the relevant content is publicly released by BitCake Studio or its disclosure is otherwise authorized in writing.

Content already made public through official BitCake Studio channels is not considered confidential solely because it also appears in the playtest build.

6. Violations

Failure to comply with this agreement may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Atomic Lab. BitCake Studio may also take other appropriate measures to protect its confidential material, as permitted by applicable law.

7. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you have read and understood this Non-Disclosure Agreement and agree to comply with its conditions as a requirement for participating in the Atomic Lab.
